Built in the 1970s on the site of a former Brussels boarding school, our villa is located 30 km from Brussels and only 2 km from the geographical center of Belgium. This welcoming place is a true haven of peace. Les Trois Fontaines is ideally situated just 9 km from the universities of Louvain-la-Neuve and Gembloux, making it a perfect destination for both business and leisure stays.

The Property and Guest Rooms
The rooms, true cozy cocoons, are carefully decorated and each come with a private bathroom. You’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: a coffee machine, a kettle, and even a small hob to prepare a snack. Book lovers will enjoy our library filled with vintage books, open to all our guests.
The meeting rooms, featuring warm tones and wooden floors, offer a soothing setting for professional gatherings. Each room opens onto the large garden through French windows, flooding the spaces with natural light. Thoughtful and authentic décor contributes to the villa’s unique charm.
In summer, the terrace invites you to relax on comfortable loungers and admire the surrounding nature.
At Les Trois Fontaines, caring for the environment is at the heart of what we do. Our commitment translates into concrete actions: solar panels providing part of the hot water and electricity, wood heating, reusing glass bottles after cleaning, low-energy bulbs in all rooms, and in the breakfast area, a capsule-free coffee machine serving fair-trade coffee roasted in the nearby village. Since July 2024, we are proud holders of the Green Key label, a mark of our environmental dedication.
We are also certified Bienvenue Vélo (Welcome Bike), offering a secure bike storage room, a full repair kit, and plenty of information on cycling routes in the area. Whether you’re a leisure cyclist or a seasoned rider, everything is in place to help you explore Wallonia with ease.
