1. Where is Les Trois Fontaines located?

Les Trois Fontaines is located at 102 Rue des Trois Fontaines, 1457 Walhain, only 30 minutes from Brussels and Namur, nestled in nature.

2. What types of rooms do you offer?

We offer two double rooms with the option for an extra bed, ideal for couples and small families.

3. Is breakfast included?

Yes, breakfast is included and served from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on weekdays, and 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on weekends, prepared with local products.

4. Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed only in the Kingroom, with a surcharge of €10 per night. Please let us know in advance.

5. Do you cater to specific dietary needs?

Yes, we offer vegetarian, gluten-free, and other options. Please inform us of any dietary requirements when booking.

6. Do you offer a wellness area?

Yes, a private sauna and hot tub in the woods are available for 2 hours at €55 for guests (€60 for non-guests). Contact us to reserve.

7. Can I reserve the sauna and hot tub in advance?

Yes, advance reservations are recommended to guarantee availability during your stay.

8. What are the access hours for the sauna and hot tub?

Access is flexible depending on bookings and availability. A session is 2 hours, with additional hours available at €25 per hour.

9. Are there restaurants nearby?

Yes! Try: Le Soleil, Une autre histoire, Sushi Licious, or Brasserie Gaillard, all close by.

10. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., and check-out is before 11 a.m. Please respect these hours.

11. Are there activities on-site?

Yes, enjoy hiking, biking, and nearby attractions. Maps and information are available on-site.

12. Do the rooms have Wi-Fi?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and common areas.

13. Can I organize events or meetings?

Parties are not allowed, but our location is ideal for professional meetings. Contact us for more details.

14. What activities are available in the area?

Discover Villers-La-Ville Abbey, Musée L, Hergé Museum, and the geographic center of Belgium (5 min. drive). 

15. What is your health and safety policy?

We follow strict cleaning and safety protocols to ensure your comfort.

16. Do you offer a shuttle service?

We do not offer a shuttle service, but we can recommend local transport companies.

17. Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes, we accept credit cards, and encourage Belgian guests to pay via QR code.

18. Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Yes, our terms for modification and cancellation are flexible. Please check our cancellation policy when booking.

19. What options do you offer to enhance my stay?

We offer charcuterie and cheese platters (€23 to €32), robes and slippers (€14), sparkling wine (€12), and champagne (€35), and access to the sauna/hot tub (2 hours for €55). Reserve 48 hours in advance!
